Fully RCC constructed dedicated facilities are provided for manufacturing of Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) and Niacinamide (Nicotinamide) which are ingredients for a vitamin premix. Both the facilities are designed as the cGMP requirements such as smooth and uniflow of material throughout the manufacturing process. All the manufacturing equipments are as per the cGMP requirements. The manufacturing areas for the are always kept under positive pressure to protect the products from environmental contaminations.
The facility is also provided with 100% power backup generator, and other utilities such as steam and heated oil. There is an Effluent Treatment facility with Physical, Chemical and Biological treatment facility to treat all the effluents to the level where it can be reused for plantation and other purposes. The facility has a production capacity of 7000+ MT of Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) and Niacinamide (Nicotinamide) which are ingredients for a vitamin premix.
